I am telling you guys: I was skeptical of these and know we’ve seen these all over IG but I’m not just posting a pic with these. I started taking these over 6 months ago and was so surprised at how crazy they work and was telling everyone I know about how my hair & nails were growing.
I stopped taking them for 2 weeks because I forgot the bottle when I went to my moms and I saw a huge difference in how slow my nails were growing out!
And when I was doing my hardcore work out and eating plan, and could eat nothing sweet, I’d save these for my “treat” for the day.
Even my nail person was like “your nails are growing so crazy fast!” We had to do my nails twice as fast because they were growing so long! And I was so excited I posted about it here and on snapchat months ago (not sponsored at all)!
