Good news this morning. Consumer inflation numbers came in lower than expected! Just what the doctor ordered and what we were hoping to see. This has created a rally across all markets and mortgage bonds have reacted favorably. Expect lower rates today from the previous week with averages around:

7.125% Conventional 30 yr
6.50% Conventional 15 yr
6.45% FHA
6.45% VA
