Sic & MAD

Sic & Mad was started by the mysteriously charming and disarming Happy (aka Michael Weininger) and Victor Ruggiero in 1986 as freshmen in high school. Inspired by the underground punk, ska, reggae, rap, and hardcore of that period, Sic & MAD would eventually spawn NYC ska heavyweights The Slackers, which Vic Ruggiero currently heads.
