What if we lived in a world where we celebrated strength, speaking your truth, honoring your body, and taking up as much space as you need to be fully you?
What if our value could come from what fuels us, how we contribute, how we love, and whatever makes us come most alive?
What if we nourished our bodies with healthy foods that we allowed ourselves to enjoy? And went out for ice cream when we wanted? And celebrated life by breaking bread with the neighbors and not feeling guilty after?
Now that's a world I want to live in. That's the world I'll continue to work on creating.
