Hidden Idol

Hidden Idol closed its doors for the foreseeable future tonight, the end of an era ushered in by COVID19 and the consequent restrictions dictated by the city of Denver and state of Colorado.

Over the 3 1/2 years of Idol’s existence, two guys have been the bedrock, champion rockstars behind the bar. Thank you Allister Obey and Ben Krajenke for your hard work, dedication, talent, passion for the craft and pure heart you’ve given our tiki oasis.

Thank you also to every one of our wonderful guests over that time, both tikiphile and novice, whether visiting us once or regularly sipping a cocktail at the end of the bar. Thank you to all of our team members, past and present, for bringing your unique and special talents to our concept over these years.

We will miss you all, and we will look forward to crossing paths with you near or far, soon or in the future. We hope to be back someday when the world has settled and we can all raise a glass to tiki cocktail culture and to each other.

Thank you, from the bottom of our heart. You will always be a part of our ohana.

Thanks Westword and Kastle - it’s goodbye for now based on COVID impacts after 3 1/2 years, but not goodbye forever - we WILL be back sometime in the future.
