Mountain-raised heritage pork is now available for a limited time from Forever West Farms! These pigs were humanely raised in the Rocky Mountains, allowed forage and a balanced diet during the day and a warm barn to sleep in at night. This combination has allowed them to develop beautifully marbled meat with a light red color and deep flavor. We have a variety of cuts available for whatever pork-filled cooking fantasies you wish to concoct!
