Ali Baba Grill was started in Nov of 2000 by Fayad and Mahmoud. Their love of fine Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine stemmed from their respective upbringings. A native of Syria, Fiyahd spent a decade working as a chef at a large restaurant in Saudi Arabia, and his winning dishes reflect both his family background and his cooking experiences.
