Oh let me tell you. The way everything is set up, IS for us to NOT, go do it. It’s up to YOU to squeeze yourself in, wake up earlier, go later in the day, pshh maybe it’s at night. Heck maybe it’s just in your room with an old T-shirt and those sweat pants that you had on all day.

I’ll be the one to tell you I’ve made all the excuses in the world. So anything and everything made sense and it was great excuse my friend.
Sometime all we need is a little voice in our heads to tell us the truth . Don’t let a doctor be the one to tell you you need to do something with your life.
