Located on a quiet three-acre site in Castle Pines, this home celebrates light, symmetry, and connection to the outdoors.

Vaulted ceilings and an open layout draw the eye through the home to a back courtyard, where three glass doors merge indoor and outdoor living. The living room features a wood-paneled fireplace with built-ins, while the kitchen offers a waterfall-edge island, hidden pantry, and integrated high-end appliances.

Outside, a pool with fountains, outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and a fire pit beneath an operable pergola create a seamless extension of the home, with clean lines and simple forms that keep the focus on space and site.

🍂Cozy vibes are setting in at this Platt Park remodel! For this pop-top project just south of Denver, the client was looking for a warm, inviting family room with a hint of Craftsman style to pay homage to the original 1920s structure.

The fireplace anchors the space with a white brick base and a herringbone inset, tying beautifully to the exterior facade design. The wood mantel and ceiling brings in the warm, natural elements of Colorado, while the flanking window seats create the perfect nooks for curling up with a good book next to the fire.
