Today on Colorado Gives Day, each and every donation provides a direct path to positive, lasting change for adults that participate in our skill-building programs. The ability to manage conflict and anger effectively is a foundational skill that transforms lives, relationships and communities.

A $1500 donation allows 8 adults to participate in our impactful Addressing Conflict and Anger Effectively course. This class provides participants with essential tools for emotional regulation and effective communication.

Tomorrow is Colorado Gives Day! A gift of $1000 allows up to 20 people to participate in a customized workshop that will foster connection and understanding in the workplace.

Conflict is inevitable in every workplace, but rather than avoiding it, we see it as an opportunity for connection. The Conflict Center offers a number of highly effective workshops that provide tools for de-escalation, effective dialogue and building strong team culture. Our Restorative Denver program truly exemplifies what it means to put peacemaking into action. We receive dozens of testimonies each year expressing the real-life impact this program has had on participants, how all parties were able to move forward with dignity and empathy.
