Does your recycling process lose valuable materials to the landfill? Do you have to reprocess your waste to get the remainder of the valuable material out? The Revolution is a sorting table that rotates in a circle allowing sorters standing inside to sort the material outward into 11 different chutes. The last chute in the system is typically used for trash, in a recycling application. The brush is located at this chute and can be moved up or down to keep material from making a second pass or to allow it to pass multiple times. The Revolution will increase your recovery rate as well as the efficiency of your sorting process. The Roadie, our mobile sorting system utilizes the same concept.
