The Patterson Inn

om the Landmark Preservation Commission, Colorado State Register of Historic Properties and the National Register of Historic Places. The mansion is within blocks of the State of Colorado Capital building, the Colorado National History Museum, Denver Art Museum, the 16th Street mall and many other area attractions. The interior, with the house's original woodwork and stain glass, is accented by features such as original pocket doors, a hand carved oak stairway, exquisite crown moldings, trim and hardwood floors. The house is 14,000 sq feet offering 9 luxury suites and guest common areas but, guests are also able to enjoy the outdoors. With our wrap around front porch, secluded courtyard, or possibly a deck adjoining their suite, the relaxation can continue both inside and out. The Patterson Inn's nine luxurious suites are each designed around their own unique theme. Furnishings in each room reflect the personality of that room, as well as the history and elegance of the building, and each includes its own private bath. From the decadence of the Antoinette, to the old world feel of the Prague, each distinctive room promises its own special experience. Our suites feature:

Breakfast is a European style buffet offered daily along with our own special Patterson Inn Blend coffee, created for us by Dazbog Coffee Company. French Toast, quiche, mint pancakes, mini frittats or lemon waffles with raspberry compote are merely a small sampling of what delicious dish might be prepared during your stay. Check-in is between 4 and 6pm and joined with a complimentary wine hour for all in-house guests at our on-premise pub. Bottle of red and white along with some bar snacks and a drink menu if you'd like to partake in another beverage. Unfortunately we do not allow children under the age of 12 nor do we allow pets.
