Pumpkin cheesecake mousse ๐งก๐๐ค
โฆwhen your oven is broken but you were asked to bring a dessert ๐๐๐ผ
I tend to measure by look and taste, but hereโs my estimated recipe:
1 lb cream cheese
8oz pumpkin purรฉe
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
(cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove)
- Blend the above ingredients together
- Then gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
~16oz whipped cream
(Heavy cream, powdered sugar and a dash of vanilla)
Crushed gingerbread cookies for the bottom.
Piped mousse into cups/containers.
Topped with remaining whipped cream, and devour ๐๐ผ
