Beer Not Water

microbreweries across the state are educating the Colorado microbrewery community on relevant water conservation issues in fun and creative ways. Because the microbrew process is water intensive, Beer Not Water focuses largely on ways by which microbreweries are currently maximizing their conservation potential, are offsetting their consumption of water, or are making plans to do so.
