It started when I was a child making blueberry muffins for my family on Sunday mornings, and as an adult, I bake for my friends for every holiday. When I finish a cake that will help celebrate a Birthday, the upcoming birth of a child, snacks for co-workers or even something simple, like 2 friends sharing a brownie over coffee, this is what makes me happy.

You'll go bananas over these cupcakes! I took perfectly ripe bananas and turned them into a rich cake, topped with cream cheese frosting. So, if you are in Capitol Hill and are looking for comfort food, head on down to The Denver Bicycle Cafe and grab a cupcake.
