🌿 It’s Back: The Outdoor Hospitality Professional Roundtable 🌿

Last year, this roundtable became one of my favorite things we did together.

Owners, operators, designers, and partners showed up not to pitch—but to talk honestly about what’s working, what’s hard, and what’s next in outdoor hospitality. We shared real wins, real lessons, and real support. And the energy was powerful.

So yes… we’re bringing it back for another great year.

This isn’t a webinar.

It’s not a panel.

It’s an open, collaborative roundtable that belongs to you.

Each session is built around what matters most right now:

✨ Guest experience

✨ Revenue and growth

✨ Wellness and regenerative practices

✨ Leadership, teams, and sustainability (the human kind, too)

Come with questions.

Leave with ideas, clarity, and connections that actually move the needle.

If you’re building, growing, serving, or reimagining an outdoor hospitality business, there’s a seat for you at the table.

I can’t wait to see familiar faces and meet new ones.

Because the future of outdoor hospitality is better when we build it together. 🌲

🌿 🌸 May is Mental Health Month 🌸🌿—and I’m sharing my experience because I believe mental wellness deserves space in every industry, especially in leadership, caregiving, and hospitality.

Some thoughts about cannabis. These findings underscore the importance of understanding the potential mental health risks associated with heavy cannabis use. As cannabis becomes more accessible, it's crucial to be aware of these risks and make informed decisions. There are many studies on this! Here are just a few. February: The Month of Love (and Hospitality!) đź’•

If there's one thing I love about the gloomy month of February, it's Valentine’s Day! Of course it is about romance, but love also extends beyond that—it’s about deep connections, care, and generosity in all aspects of life. Love for people. Love for experiences.

đź’ť Love for the heart! Heart over thought.

Today, I just want to give Hospitality some love. Hospitality at its core, is love in action. It’s the act of welcoming, of creating comfort, of making people feel seen and valued. True hospitality isn’t just about service—it’s about intention, about giving from the heart without expectation. Welcoming everyone to the table. Whether it’s a warm greeting, a beautifully designed space, or an experience that lingers in the soul, hospitality is the embodiment of love through thoughtful care.

I know it’s weird, but I love contrast of the little bursts of red and pink hearts that fill the air during February’s grey, cold, dreary days, remind me of all the warmth and joy that love brings. It’s a perfect reminder that even in the darkest months, love—whether for others, for what we do, or for the beauty that surrounds us—can light up our world.

That’s why February feels like a celebration of everything I believe in. It’s a reminder that hospitality isn’t just a business—it’s a calling to create moments that matter.
