In February 2025, one of our investors acquired this Olympus Cove property in Salt Lake City for $900,000 with a clear strategy in mind. Over the next twelve months, the home was thoughtfully transformed into a modern luxury retreat at the base of Mount Olympus, taking full advantage of sweeping Wasatch and Salt Lake Valley views while elevating the design and livability throughout.
