This year's keynote speaker is United States Congressman Jared Polis, a Democrat from Colorado's second congressional district. In an interview conducted last week with CBS News, Congressman Polis called for an end to federal interference in marijuana policy and acknowledged that the passage of statewide medical cannabis legislation has "created thousands of jobs" and "several millions of dollars of tax revenue."
