We are currently partnering with Clear Choice Antifreeze, a respected family-owned business in Henderson, to find a reliable Class B Driver to join their growing team!

The Details:
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour + Overtime.
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day shift).
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and IRA with company match.
The Work: Local Colorado routes, delivering product and collecting used fluids.
What You’ll Need:
A valid Class B CDL.
Tanker endorsement (or the ability to get one).
A solid safety record and a "team-first" attitude.

1. Be Clear & Specific
Outline core responsibilities and required skills. Avoid vague terms like “rockstar” or “fast-paced.” Clarity attracts qualified applicants.
2. Sell the Opportunity
Why would someone want this job? Highlight your mission, growth potential, team culture, or benefits that matter.
3. Include Pay Range (especially for Colorado employers!)
Colorado law requires that all job postings include a pay range and general benefits info. Being upfront builds trust and keeps you compliant.
4. Avoid Overloading the Role
