What a fun HIIT class this morning at Endorphin at Lowry....perfect way to get ready for a win! Go USA!!!!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!
This mornings kids class at Endorphin at Lowry was fun and tasty. 1st one is a wall sit strong face and 2nd is our own kinda selfie. Fruit smoothies were made all morning for the younger kids and older kids at the community class at 9:45am. I made it for the older kids bc how much these kiddos liked it.

Frozen Mango chunks
Cut up pineapple
Coconut Milk
A little Agave

Sunset Meditation on the Rooftop at Endorphin was the most relaxing class I've ever taught and have been apart of!!!
