The submissions are in!

We’re spending today going through every vocalist submission that came our way.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped spread the word, tagged friends, and put themselves out there. The response has exceeded anything we expected.

The amount of talent in this city is unreal.

Over the next few days, we’ll be narrowing things down and selecting a handful of vocalists to move on to the next round: an in-person hang/jam session.

Today we’re meeting up to rip the set a few times and go over some vocalist submissions!

As many of you may know Vik has made the very hard yet very important decision to step down as the vocalist for LUNGBURN so that he can focus more on his health and personal life.

Vik has been with us since the inception of this band and his efforts and contributions have shaped our sound and inspired our tenacity. Although it breaks our hearts to see our brother leave, he believes this is the best option for him and we support his decision 100%.

There is absolutely no bad blood between us and only love and respect with all of us.

With that being said, I want to be clear that we are still moving forward with writing new music at full throttle and as aggressive as ever! We have a few prospects that have stepped forward to take on the challenge and once the right person is selected, you WILL see us rock again!

In the meantime, please enjoy Vik‘s last installment and our latest release with LUNGBURN. Let’s all give him a very warm farewell and blast this song as loud as you can on any audio device you can get your hands on!!
