Easter Service was incredible!
And what’s even more amazing is that the community is growing, spreading love and prayers are being answered!

Health mean something different to the lot of us…

But to this client right here:
It meant not feeling sluggish, reclaiming her energy, structure and consistency (there were a lot of day 1’s) and feeling good in her clothes!

And I loved that ♥️

Creating a plan for my client consisted of 3-4 home work outs a week, 3 30-minute walks a week, a sleep tracker and macros that forced her out of her comfort zone and gave her the energy to do the things she needed and wanted to do!

We got structured, had fun and ultimately lost the weight she wanted and she felt good in her clothes yay!
