Who knew how much fun it would be to share the love of the Lord in unique (and amazing) ways? I love what I’m blessed to do with the amazing people who partner with me to share the good news!

During this moment in one of my programs, a participant holds her fingers about an inch apart.

I suggest there’s a magnetic attraction between her fingers… and they slowly close.

I never touch her hands.

When people feel in control, they relax.

When they relax, they become open to new possibilities.

This is a simple illustration of something we see every day in meetings, negotiations, and leadership: people resist pressure, but they respond to environment. The right conditions change behavior more effectively than force ever will.
