Love and F4M Denver events are in the air this month!! Kicking off with a Galentine’s event this Friday 💘
Our January field trip at the zoo was a TON of fun! Even in the colder weather. Luckily in Colorado even when it’s cold our sun is most likely going to be out, making it comfortable and fun weather!
Our field trips are an excellent opportunity to engage our kiddos outside of class and to keep us mamas connected. Keep an eye out and join us for our February field trip!

Alyssa has been a consistent member of Fit4Mom Denver and has recently completed training to become our newest instructor.
