The Jasmine St. Project proves a house doesn't have to pick one style and stick to it.
Outside, it's black & white brick with a hand-forged iron door. Inside, walnut cabinetry runs through the kitchen, antler chandeliers hang in the primary suite, and a powder bath features full citrus-geometric tile.
None of it feels mismatched. That’s the work built by one team from the ground up.
Many build's timelines go to things you can't see on camera: HVAC, electrical, the rough-in work that has to happen before anything looks like progress.
Then the finish trades show up: drywall, primer, flooring, tile, paint, and it looks like a home again.
That's the meat and potatoes of what we do. Not the flashiest part to film, but it's where the project comes together.

What happens when you build a home around a view?
At our Goddard Pl project, we moved the kitchen to the back of this 5,500 sq ft Boulder home to open it to the Flatirons. Then, we erased the boundary with a retractable door & an indoor-outdoor bar top.
Continuous fir ceilings, white oak–wrapped steel, custom lighting throughout. Swipe to see how it came together.
