cbd, 3 ways!

you heard me talk about this on my stories last week. if not, i saved it to a highlight for you to refer back to! this is the first thing i reach for on workout recovery days *in addition to stretching and foam rolling*.

paired with essential oils (lavender, frankincense, ylang ylang, orange and vetiver) easy to gently roll on pressure points for the more stressful moments when i need to take a deep breath and quiet my mind.
