Jazmyne Lewis, aka Mz Energia, brings passion, experience, and an infectious love of dance to every class she teaches. A longtime instructor and community leader with the Denver School of Social Dance, Jazmyne is dedicated to helping students build confidence, connection, and joy on the dance floor.

Known for her engaging teaching style, positive energy, and ability to make dancers feel welcome at any level, she creates learning environments that are both supportive and fun. Her deep love for Lambada and Brazilian Zouk shines through in every lesson, inspiring dancers to grow while embracing the heart and spirit of the dance.

Ebonie Lee brings a wealth of experience, artistry, and cultural depth to the Brazilian Zouk and Lambada community. Based in Denver, she has spent over a decade studying, teaching, and helping grow the dance across the United States.

Known for her passion for the history and evolution of Lambada and Brazilian Zouk, Ebonie is dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories, influences, and cultural roots that have shaped the dance we love today. Her thoughtful approach encourages dancers to deepen not only their movement, but also their understanding of the community and traditions behind it.

At Denver Lambada Zouk Fest, July 17–19, Ebonie will lead History Through Movement, a special session exploring the heritage, evolution, and cultural significance of Lambada and Brazilian Zouk. This class is open to beginner track and full pass holders, offering dancers a chance to experience her knowledge, insight, and love for the dance firsthand.
