A win for Kombucha this month in Colorado! The CDPHE is allowing us brewers to continue to deliver quality live culture Kombucha to customers without the process of pasteurizing. Any Kombucha drinker would know this product should not be ruined by killing its wonderful health properties! With that said I am ready to make the change from a small non-profit company that survived by donations to a large wholesale distribution facility for Specialty Drinks. This next month I will be locating and giving samples to stores like Whole Foods, Natural Groceries and Sprouts to find my place on their shelves. Anyone who knows a guy/gal that can make this happen please share their name and number with me! This process to get into stores may take a year or more. As production moves from a commercial kitchen into the wholesale facility we will be opening online sales and deliveries for the Denver Colorado Area and also be joining farmers markets in local cities towards February 2016! Bottles and Kegs!
