We believe that lasting justice is achieved when people most impacted by systems have the relationships, voice, and collective power to shape them.

Relationships matter, but relationships alone do not transform systems. Transformation occurs when relationships become relational power—when people build trust across differences, organize around shared purpose, and exercise collective influence to create just systems, institutions, and communities.

Justice requires more than opportunity. It requires systems intentionally designed to guarantee fairness, dignity, voice, and access for every child, family, and community.

We look forward to moving with partners to make the possible the norm for all children across Colorado.

Some lives leave an imprint on our hearts, our communities, and our future.

Laura Givens was one of those people.

Laura believed deeply in the dignity and potential of every child. She believed in the strength of families, the power of community, and the possibility of a future where every child can thrive, learn in great schools, and achieve their hopes. She understood that lasting change happens when people come together with compassion, courage, creativity and a shared commitment to one another.

Her life reflected the very values that continue to guide FaithBridge today.

It is with deep gratitude that we share that Laura’s family has made a transformational gift of $50,000 to FaithBridge in honor of her life and legacy.

Their generosity is a beautiful tribute to Laura’s unwavering belief in this mission.

But it is also something more.

It is an invitation.

An invitation to all of us to continue the work Laura believed was possible.
