After the Memorial Day weekend slowdown, the market is back in motion. Buyers are active, but they’re being intentional. They want what they’ve always wanted: a home that’s truly move-in ready.
Pending and closed sales are both tracking higher than this time last year. Inventory is starting to tighten week-over-week, and well-priced homes are moving quickly.
