The Burma Army govt. continues to bomb schools and civilian villages in Karen State / Kaw Thoo Lei. The war crimes by the Burma Army junta govt. continue.

Nerdah Bomya for coordinating the purchase of pens, pencils, notebooks, white boards, snacks and sports equipment and for facilitating their delivery to small rural schools. We're deeply grateful to our donors who empower Project KARE with their generous gifts to provide needed basic tools for education.

We’ve continued to support Karen students each year since 2013. We respond directly to the needs of the students we serve. We rely on education leaders in Karen State to determine which supplies are most critical to support educational goals. With your donations, we’ll be funding the purchase of student notebooks, pens, pencils, copy paper and sports equipment for thousands of students in dozens of schools. These supples, while they might seem very basic, are out of reach for many families in Karen State. Your donations make it possible for many of the students to simply attend school.
