Having grown up in the appliance service and sales business Lynn Cunningham Jr. started his own service business in 1987. He then expanded into sales by opening a store in Longmont in 1992. Our company goal was and still is to provide service to the appliance sale by determining the customer's needs and price range, then educating them on the available products and let them make their own decision. Assistant Superintendent

Job description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Able to perform all essential Project Superintendent job responsibilities
Work Closely with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and installation problems
Enforcement of safety procedures and protocols
Prepare and maintain responsibility for job schedule
Organize, train, direct and coordinate field team
Assure work quality - set standards for quality control
Order materials and tools and plan supply allotment to avoid “crisis” buying
Prepare necessary reports (e.g. time sheets, work orders, and daily reports)
Document and complete all punch lists in a timely manner
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level
Knowledge of OSHA laws
Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
Ability in problem-solving
Strong sense of urgency
Must have a valid drivers license
Ability to use good judgement and be an effective decision maker
Can use a computer to check email, print documents and enter data
Ability to train others in a variety of skill sets
Hardworking, organized and has a positive attitude
