Our classes and workshops are primarily for families and parents, however, we offer weekly Yoga classes as well as monthly workshops that are open to all. Our unique offerings include Yoga for Grief, Gong Synergy Concerts, Essential Oils for children, Meditation for Kids, Classes for adoptive families, and so much more.
Last night was such a beautiful and moving gathering. The altar created was a powerful way to honor all of our lost ones and I am so grateful to everyone who rolled out their mats and came together in community to sit with their grief this holiday season. Martin Luther King Jr said, "Only in the darkness can you see the stars." That feels very true, especially this time of year....as we approach the longest night of the year, my wish for you is to create space to sit with your pain, honor your heart, honor your loved ones and know that through the darkest of times, comes great light....you are not alone on this journey....
