Society tells moms that they need to do it all to be perfect moms.

I’m calling BS on this.

It’s possible to focus on what’s important to you and your family and let the rest of it go.

No need to keep up with the Joneses. Plus, you just might start a trend.

Is everyone in your circle throwing elaborate birthday parties that seem to be trying to top the previous one?

Maybe everyone is resentful about this, but feels like they have to keep up with everyone else so their kid doesn’t feel left out.

This perfect mom myth is leading moms to feel overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, and possibly even physically ill from trying to do it all.

I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way.

You can be a good mom and not do it all.

Moms, does it feel like you’re the only one keeping track of everything around the house? Remembering to buy toothpaste, restocking toilet paper, and making sure everyone has their favorite cereal?

Not including the logistics of getting everyone to their after-school activities, planning birthday parties, and making sure homework gets done.

It’s exhausting. And frustrating.

I teach moms how to get it all done because nobody should feel like they’re failing at motherhood.

I also help moms share the mental load with their families.

Because it’s not all on you.

Moms, ever wondered how you’re going to get it all done?

The to-dos. The decisions. The schlepping kids to multiple activities. The mental load.

There’s too much to do and not enough time.

It’s impacting you physically. It’s probably impacting your marriage and your relationship with your kids.

You want to run for the hills or threaten to go on strike.

I hear you. I’ve been there! And I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way..

While there’s no magical formula for getting it all done, I can help you create a system that works for you.

I teach moms how to get it all done because nobody should feel like they’re failing at motherhood.

Whether moms work full-time, stay home full-time, or fall somewhere in between, moms call me when they’re ready to stop sacrificing their health and relationships to get it all done.

Through our work together, moms start feeling more present with their families and go to bed knowing they focused on their goals.

Picture this. It’s the beginning of November. You’ve made it through the Fall sports season and are starting to think about the holidays.

Yes, you’re tired. But not an exhausted and resentful tired.

Because this Fall, you started holding regular family meetings. These helped you hold discussions around everything your family has going on right now.

Your family moved from Mom being the one in charge, telling everyone what to do and when, to being a team. Where each person knew their responsibilities and took care of them without constant reminders. (Yes, this is possible!)

Life feels lighter, maybe even peaceful, and you’re no longer the only one doing all the d #$% things.

The clutter in your house is minimal. Ok, let’s be real. There are piles of laundry collecting somewhere, and probably granola bar crumbs under the coffee table.

But it doesn’t feel overwhelming. You’re spending quality time with your kids and your partner.

Your partner is taking care of household tasks without being asked. 😲 Maybe your kids are, too. You’re at least building habits with your kids that will make life feel a little less hectic because you’re not doing everything (like making their lunches?!)

Because it’s not all on you.
