inform and educate the public about CSA and the CSA Difference. The CSA difference is what makes a CSA exceptional due to the application of the knowledge gained through the CSA course combined with their professional experience and highly ethical behavior to benefit older adult clients and their families. The CSA who builds their health, social, legal and financial knowledge in aging through continuing education and forms a strong network of strategic partnerships who will act in concert on the behalf of the older adults they serve using a unified approach demonstrates the CSA difference. The CSA Leaders Network provides presentations and education programs, as well as, outreach to area older adult communities through volunteering with older adults and for causes such as fighting against fraud and abuse. The CSA Leaders Network works with SCSA to assist them in their mission to inform professionals who work with older adults about the importance of educating themselves about health, social, legal and financial issues facing older adults which will result in improved products and services for older adults and their families.
