To be a Rheem Top Contractor designate, contractors had to become licensed and EPA certified. Their technicians had to be reliable and professional, this included working toward becoming NATE certified. All current Rheem Team members offer free on-site evaluations/ bids and have NATE certified technicians who guarantee 100% satisfaction upon completion of the job. The concept caught on and soon became the national theme for Rheem, giving individual contractors the strength of a national organization behind them. Today, Rheem Pro Partner Contractors have an extensive knowledge of Rheem products and the industry in general and still make customer satisfaction the #1 priority.
