Our transactional practice, which spans the State, includes commercial and residential real estate, land use, leasing and finance. We have significant experience in assisting clients with all aspects of real estate deals, including high-end residential transactions and acquisition, development, construction, management, leasing and disposition of development projects. We have assisted clients with obtaining land use entitlements for projects large and small, including controversial projects with active opposition. We have in-depth experience in office, retail, and ground lease transactions, and with commercial, residential and mixed-use master planned communities and condominiums. We also have extensive experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of real estate finance transactions.
