This was not in the listing agreement.
And that’s ok.
A lot of my job is not what you would expect. It is the extra stuff. The little details. The things that help a home look its best and help a seller feel fully supported.
My job is to make sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed before we press “list.”
Sometimes that means I roll up my sleeves and get dirty because getting a home ready to sell is far more than just paperwork and photos.

Just closed! This one took time. Over a year of searching, more than 50 homes, and even a contract we chose to walk away from when the inspection raised concerns.
