thing about smaller burritos… you can order some tacos or another type of burrito too. these big ass burritos with a full side of rice and beans in them is a denver creation. good on them! but traditionally, it’s always been about smaller burritos. street food.

always enjoyed shredded meat growing up vs diced. shredded just seemed to keep everything together better. we all need that help sometimes.
