RPM was entrusted with a monumental task: to transform a vast warehouse and mixed office space of approximately 20,000 square feet into a tailored environment for the tenants, Xcel Energy/HomeServe. With our meticulous attention to detail, we executed a comprehensive overhaul, including new carpeting, fresh paint, advanced fire alarm mapping, and cutting-edge energy monitoring systems. Responding to the specific needs of both landlord and tenant, our team seamlessly orchestrated demolition and construction phases to create a dynamic workspace. From state-of-the-art conference rooms to secure parts storage and innovative AV setups, every aspect was carefully crafted to exceed expectations. The result? A stunning 8,000 square feet of custom-designed space that embodies excellence and functionality, setting a new standard for collaborative work environments.
