For those who don't know, I very suddenly and unexpectedly lost my job last year after the company I was working for shut down hundreds of locations across the country. I've had life rip the rug out from under me countless times, but this has been a tough one to bounce back from.
That being said, I decided to use this loss as an opportunity to dive into my art. While music has always been my main jam, I have been enjoying the process of pursuing both music AND art, and finding ways to integrate them (such as the cover art for 2yrnxtgf, Lessons of Losing, and Raincheck).
Throughout the majority of 2024 I worked my boooooty off finishing a bunch of original paintings, and thoughtfully curating a merch shop with tons of items that showcase my original illustrations.
