**SO25 RESCHEDULED TO MAY 3+4**

Dear space cadets,

Due to scheduling conflicts with The city of Boulder and rising concern from the Boulder PD about a potential hazard affecting our festival grounds, Spaced Out Festival has been rescheduled to May 3rd and 4th of this year in order to guarantee the safety of our guests. We are working hard to reschedule all of the awesome performances, vendors and activities we had previously planned to the new dates and are still very excited for this years Spaced Out Music & Arts Festival. We hope to see you on the Space Station this May!
