NOMAD LIFE, HERE WE COME! 🚐
We’re living our “van-tasy”, and here’s the skinny:
The past few months of my healing journey, along with years of my spiritual work, have brought an awakening for me.
I’ve realized so much about my:
🙃Belief systems and how I’ve held myself back
🙃How I’ve been “shoulding” myself into illness
🙃Playing small & shutting down my true nature
🙃Living in an uninspiring comfort zone
So…… we’re busting out.
✨We’re not waiting until we “retire”
✨Choosing to explore, live, and learn together
✨Living at our highest inspiration
The changes from this choice are already happening, and I’m MIND BLOWN. 🤯
So, I’m taking my business and growing my brand on the road, exploring and testing new waters, and I’m happy to have you along for the ride!
We hit the road in a few weeks, then onward to our west coast & North American tour!

Why I’m saying goodbye to social media 👋🏼
Let me sit down, look you in the eye and say…..
YOU. DESERVE. A. BREAK.
Here’s why it’s important to share this, and I hope this hits who it needs to.
If you are a “doer”, sometimes the “doing” isn’t the answer.
It’s not the strategy, the hack, or the action.
❤️ The answer is often in the NOT DOING, it’s in the BEING.
Give yourself permission to:
Get outside
Pause the work
Take a break
Be at peace
I wouldn’t be a good leader if I didn’t do the same, especially since my body is experiencing a wave of detox, I need and WANT to honor her.
So for a week, I’m off social and I’m getting into nature, feeding myself good food, and getting fu***ng inspired.
I’ll see you on the other side, and I hope you take care of yourself too.

🤷🏻♀️ Have you kept taking action, but nothing is working ?
Here’s what I’ve seen the hardest working entrepreneurs struggle with:
“If I do more, do it right, or do it better…… it will work”
That may work sometimes, and for some people, but it ALL relies on external circumstances.
💪🏽 The leaders that I see rise up again and again are the ones who stand in their own power.
Those who align their energy, thoughts, and actions with the only truth there is: that success is their birthright.
The strategies in business are simple, but if your mindset complicates things then it’ll be a long hard road.

When I support coaches who struggle with sales, there’s often a struggle with over-talking / explaining, over giving, or coaching too much.
✋🏽STOP THIS NONSENSE.
There is a huge difference between sharing the value, and feeling like you’ve got something to prove.
Trust yourself, your wisdom, and your gifts.
Stand strong in what you know you can give and the value or transformation you provide.
All you need to to learn how to communicate it.
