What we choose—and why—matters more than we think.
At our April RESA Denver chapter event, we had the opportunity to learn from an incredible stylist about how our daily choices are shaped by what we’re drawn to, what feels good, and what reflects who we are.
It clicked instantly…
In our homes, our “closets” look a little different—they’re our warehouses.
Why do we reach for certain pillows, artwork, or pieces over others?
Why do some items make it into more installs, while others stay behind?
It’s the same reason we all have that one top we wear on repeat.
Because it works. It resonates. It creates a feeling.
And in staging, that feeling is everything. It’s what helps buyers connect, remember, and ultimately fall in love.
