This one’s for all my chronic over-doers. Less done better is more.
Better = mindful, professional programming.
Better = moving with excellent form and tension.
Better = listening to your body.
Better = managing your stress : recovery ratios your your cup is full.
Better = proper intensity to reach your specific goals.
Better = proper rep schemes and training volume to meet your own body’s needs (based off factors specific to you) and goals.
Better = more time spent focusing on sleep, nutrition, hydration instead of just more more more in the gym.

✨ ONLINE INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING ✨
I have 2 online coaching spots opening June 1st!
Clients receive personalize programming for to their goals, limitations, and needs.
Here’s what’s included:
✨ Initial screening call to assess goals, current lifestyle needs/limitations, and physical baseline.
✨ 2-6 days/week of training posted on Sunday each week, progressing in real time based of client training log in the TrueCoach app.
✨ All exercises have linked videos for reference.
✨ Log your training (weight, notes on intensity, feedback on pain/discomfort) and get coaching feedback/programming progressions each week based off these notes.
✨Send form videos and get feedback with coaching cues.
✨ Sunday check-ins via the TrueCoach app.
✨ Monthly check-in calls to follow up on goals, progress, real-time needs. Ask questions, discuss programming concepts, and option for video call to get form tune-ups during this time.
✨ Options for additional accountability coaching for those who desire more frequent, daily contact with your coach.
