Kimberly is gifted at helping people to establish a strong mind/body connection - Kimberly works holistically to help patients establish fluidity between mind and body to help people feel peaceful and physically well. She uses methodology rooted in yoga, meditation, breath work, exercise nutrition to help people maximize their ability to feel blissful and energetic. She has practiced yoga and meditation in her personal life for over 30 years and has a lovely calm way to install her knowledge on others.
