I wanted to start flipping houses at age 23 so . . .
1. Did some research on flipping and real estate investing. Figured out how to obtain a loan for what I was wanting to achieve.
2. Found a good team - this consisted of good contractors, engineers, project managers and investors!
3. Saved up for earnest money! This is important to secure the home so that you don’t fall out of contract! I was able to get down payment assistance, but I needed to have the earnest money as cash on hand.
4. Got a loan - I recommend getting three bids from three different lenders to determine which is the best option for you.
5. I found a property with my new team!

A lot of people thought I was too young to start my own business let alone getting into flipping. Design has been a passion for me before I even went to college for architecture. For as long as I can remember I have not only wanted to design houses for a living but flip houses too! There’s something about taking an inhabitable home and turning it into a beautiful home where a family can make memories for years to come.
I also wanted more for myself than a 9-5 salary job. However, many were concerned I wouldn’t be able to support myself. So I figured it out! Chase your dreams, do what you love and the money will follow.

Tile is up in the wet room! Next up grout! 🤩
Grout can entirely change the look of the tile & space! You can go with white, grey, black or really any color grout! Follow along to see it finished!
I know the slanted ceiling is weird but what do you think of the wet room?

I’m so happy to have handed my buyers keys to their forever home!! The Kuenn’s went through a lot of ups and downs to get this home; they were starting to get defeated in this sellers market. I told them to keep their heads up as the home they love the most will be the home they go under contract with. Sure enough, that happened!!! As soon as I have them the good news the wife said “you were right, this was our favorite house out of all of them”. They favorite part was the living room over looking the park with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan! This certainly is a dream home. Congratulations you too 🍾✨

Is a folding counter and a drying rack a must for you? I at least need a folding counter, but a drying rack sure seems nice to have!

It has been on heck of a journey for my buyers. They were DEVASTATED to loose out on what they thought was their dream home UNTIL this week...we found a home that checked every box on their wish list and then some! It was definitely a challenge but we put up a fight and went under contract last night at midnight!! 😳😃 I couldn’t be happier for my buyers, they deserve this more than anything. Next steps inspection and appraisal! Then get to the closing table 😄
After we close there will be another exciting step that I will be taking with them ... any guesses on what that will be?! Lmk in the comments 😊
