HUGE SHOUTOUT to Del Frisco’s Steakhouse in Denver! We went for Valentine’s Day and after the best Espresso Martini 🍸 I’ve ever had (it was hazelnut flavored!) I checked out the mocktail menu.
It’s the first restaurant I’ve ever seen with .world on the menu so I had to try. I love love love 💕 Aplos, but have never made a mocktail personally, and this one at Del Frisco’s was sooooo good!
Just a reminder to:

You can enjoy a drink or two absolutely! You just don’t have to drink allllll the drinks.
It does take practice and mindset shifts, but you don’t have to wait for rock bottom and it doesn’t have to be black or white / all or nothing.

They’re a combo of dehydration + toxic byproducts your body makes while breaking down alcohol + wrecked sleep.
Translation: it’s not what you drank…
it’s how you drank.
My Super Bowl strategy:
🏈 Start hydrated
🏈 Eat real food first
🏈 Pace (your liver processes ~1 drink/hr… you can’t out-chug biology)
🏈 Alternate drinks
🏈 Decide your “done” moment before kickoff ends
You can absolutely enjoy the game AND wake up Monday feeling human.
I went from daily wine + weekend overdoing it → take-it-or-leave-it drinker.
