Peter Berv - Human Design

The projection field is mysterious. For better or worse. It seems to have a distorting effect. This is a phenomena that occurs specifically with 5th line beings, where people project on to you who they think they see. It's also in the 2nd line, but it's a different kind of outward projection coming from the 2nd line being, versus the 5th line who is projected upon.

As a 3/5 Profile, which means a 5th line body which gets all sorts of projections, I've noticed over time this extreme quality of distortion. Like people will tell me I've said things I've never said. They will judge me for things I've never done. They will come to conclusions about me based on events that literally never happened. Maybe I just look like that other guy or another Peter...I don't know, but it weirds me out when it happens.

Often times, the "heretic" projection is just based on a misunderstanding. But in some cases, it seems to be an actual distortion of reality. In almost all the cases in my life where I was turned into an exile based on others projections, there was almost no communication or effort to hear or understand my perspective, which really goes to show how this phenomena is something that needs to be managed or have a lot of awareness when you can sense someone might be spiraling out, but most of the time, we are just helpless to it.
