Normalize Stepping up, stepping down and stepping back.

We all seem to remain in what was an example or directed. We seem to feel safe in another’s version of ourselves.

We continue to play small and play hard in a game that leads nowhere. Basically we are busy going nowhere fast.

Lately the practice of the pause seems to be the solution to breaking the loop. The continuous loop of uncertainty and confusion will repeat until we stop playing the game designed to distract and destroy our true purpose and strength.

Only when dust settles and the smoke clears is certainty and clarity possible. Our new focus will ensure that no longer waste our sacred energy ❤️

Getting older doesn’t promise maturity. Wisdom is earned not given. Age doesn’t mean bitter it means better. Age is a blessing.

My youthful joy and happiness is sacred to me. Years pass without hardening my heart, mind or soul. I protect what matters most to ensure my essence radiates.
